By accessing and using NudgeScale and our core product, CanAtDoor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
CanAtDoor is a platform designed to connect customers with local water distributors, enabling ordering through WhatsApp for home or office delivery. NudgeScale reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities & WhatsApp Usage
- By providing your phone number and placing an order, you agree to receive transactional and operational messages via WhatsApp Business.
- You must provide accurate delivery and contact information. You are responsible for ensuring the availability of empty containers if a container exchange is requested by the distributor.
4. Pricing and Payments
Product prices are set dynamically based on your location and local distributor constraints. Payments are managed separately with the assigned local distributor unless otherwise specified by our immediate checkout systems.
5. Limitation of Liability
NudgeScale and CanAtDoor are not directly responsible for the water quality (which lies strictly with the distributor/manufacturer). We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, delivery delays, or lost communications arising out of your use of the platform.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms, including instances of abusive behavior toward delivery personnel or fraudulent orders.
